TSS has introduced a new After-Sales Support team aimed at improving the Company's service to its customers for servicing, field support and repairs. The team is headed up by Mark Nichol, After-Sales Support Manager who has many years support within TSS as Operations Manager. He is supported by engineers in Watford, Houston and Aberdeen. In addition a new support email has been introduced (aftersales@tss-int.com) which customers can use for any queries outside of office hours.
